I'm a tin whistle and flute player with over 5 years of experience. I have a passion for playing traditional Irish music, especially in local sessions, and am excited to start my first teaching class here in Lexington. My goal is to help you discover the joy of playing the tin whistle. Join me in this exciting journey and become part of a growing musical community here in Lexington, Kentucky!

+Yes, you will need to purchase a key of D tin whistle before the class begins.

What if I want to play another Irish music melody instrument, can I still attend the class?
+If you play another Irish melody instrument, such as fiddle, flute, etc., you can attend the class and learn the tune with us whistle players. I will be limited with my instrument specific knowledge, but I will do my best to help you learn the tunes.
What type of music will be taught in the class?
+We will be learning Irish traditional tunes such as polkas, jigs, reels, and slip jigs.
Will there be sheet music?
+Sheet music will be provided after the lesson, but the tunes will be taught by ear.
